Green Thumb

1,000  years passed.
The world is covered in trash.
Trash kid needs your help.
Help him rebuild his city!

Design Process

In my junior year, my teacher, Jason Li, assigned a theme of Growth.

I have created a post-apocalyptic trash land clicker game. This includes a narrative scene that transitions to a clicker play scene. The narrative scene starts with the trash boy greeting you and explaining where you are from. The trash boy asks for your help to clean up his city. He hands you a gadget to upgrade your tools to collect trash.

As you click the gadget, you transition to the clicker play scene. Your user interface has four scores connected to four trash elements: Plastic, Metal, Electronic, and Book. You have a Tool Menu and Shop Menu in the top right corner of your screen.

The visual elements I included were a start scene,  a narrative scene, an instruction scene, and game play scene.
